JOHN J. MARQUESS, ESQUIRE
Mr. Marquess is the President of LCC. He has been an attorney since 1977, is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar and is an experienced trial attorney. Since 2005 he has been a member of the Open Legal Standards Initiative, a panel comprised of leaders in the legal community. The panel is focused on developing uniform legal business processes to assist corporate and government law departments in measuring cost effectiveness, staff productivity and process efficiency.

RICHARD G. HESS, ESQUIRE
Mr. Hess is an experienced attorney who has been a consultant
in the legal cost containment arena for 15 years, and has reviewed
over $10 Billion in professional billings. Mr. Hess has served
as a legal fee auditor and consultant for diverse, national
and international clientele, including corporations, bankruptcy
courts, government, risk management and insurance entities.
Mr. Hess has managed various large client accounts, and has
been retained as a legal fee expert regarding legal billing
practices. Mr. Hess has been a key manager in the Adelphia case.
DENNIS J. KELLY, CPA, MBA
Mr. Kelly has over 30 years accounting experience, with government and
private experience in bankruptcy practice and auditing.
Mr. Kelly owns diverse experience in accounting, control evaluation, systems
development, project management and consulting in a broad spectrum of
industries, including financial services, manufacturing, utilities and
health care. He has held positions as manager for a "Big Four" public
accounting and consulting firm and as general auditor for a regional bank.
CYNTHIA MORRIS, ESQUIRE
Ms. Morris has been a member of the California State Bar since
1986. She began her legal career in private practice in San
Diego, handling both state and federal court litigation with
an emphasis on legal and medical malpractice. Ms. Morris also
worked in a Corporate Legal Department before pursuing a career
in legal cost management in 1991. Her areas of expertise include
training and assisting clients in reducing legal costs, conducting
on-site audits of law firms and training seminars for clients,
negotiating settlements, and testifying on behalf of clients
in federal court and in state court arbitrations.
ROSEMARY T. PATRICELLI, ESQUIRE
Ms. Patricelli is an attorney licensed since 1986 in both Pennsylvania
and New Jersey. Her original legal practice focused on representing
the interests of health care providers, medical device manufacturers
and pharmaceutical companies. Since 1989, Ms. Patricelli developed
a specialty in legal services management, assisting clients
in establishing a reliable framework for the integration of
internal and outsourced legal services. She also created information
management and legal auditing programs and provided related
consultations to both foreign and domestic corporations.
Ms. Patricelli has testified as an expert witness, published
numerous articles and has been a frequent guest lecturer on
the management of outsourcing services, performance measurement
and quality control.
MARY MCGINNIS, JD, MBA
Ms. McGinnis is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Her business experience includes accounting, and computer system development and design.
PATRICK J. WOODS
Mr. Woods served as fee auditor in a number of large cases. He has been a key manager in the Enron, WorldCom, Adelphia, NTL and AmeriSeve cases, as well as the Microsoft Anti-Trust Litigation. As Corporate Vice President, Mr. Woods is responsible for all Operations and Quality Control. Prior to entering the legal cost management field in 1989, Mr. Woods served for 15 years as Special Statistical Studies Manager for the Social Security Administration.
SKYLER ALTLAND
Mr. Altland is an expert in all aspects of legal cost control
and management. His fourteen years of experience include; reviewing
and auditing legal fees totaling over $1 billion. His expertise
also includes: fee dispute resolution, legal billing guideline
development, cost control system design and implementation,
staff training and law firm negotiations. Mr. Altland has performed
these services for foreign and domestic insurance carriers,
courts, state and federal agencies and major corporations. Mr.
Altland's previous business experience provides the skills necessary
to analyze complex transactional and business matters.
KEITH LIMPER
A former U.S. Marine, Mr. Limper has thirteen years experience
in legal cost containment systems, involving both software and
network design with a focus on automation.
JANE WILT
Ms Wilt’s has extensive legal fee auditing experience, and has developed expertise in sampling methodologies for disbursement analysis and documentation.
SCOTT BATSON
Mr. Batson has Big Six consulting experience. His professional expertise is in the areas of web-based time and expense systems, data warehousing and system integration. He is an integral part of the LCC Team in the Enron and Adelphia bankruptcies.
SUSAN TREVEJO
Ms. Trevejo has over 25 years experience as an administrator and manager at a large law firm, and has been in the legal cost containment industry since the late 1980’s. She has played a significant role in the Enron, Adelphia, AmeriServe and NTL Bankruptcies.
