PACKAGE: Tiered Private Label
Client identifies specific tasks it wishes to perform versus tasks it wishes LCC to perform. The tasks to be performed by either the client or LCC include:
- Set up of client internal approval process
- Set up of law firm data
- Set up and management of client guidelines
- Import of data into system

Borland Software
Borland Software requested LCC to identify firm and client specific data from submitted invoices. Custom reports were designed to reflect the results of the client specific data captured from the invoices. This tiered program included:
- ISS with custom field capturing
- ePortfolio with custom reporting
ENRON
Enron requested LCC to identify firm and client specific data. Enron representatives used LCC's Law Explorer tool to perform the analysis and authorized the professionals submitting billings to view ePortfolio reports. Also a direct data feed was setup for Enron to transfer data into its internal proprietary system. This tiered program included:
- ISS with custom field capturing
- Law Explorer (Analysis)
- ePortfolio with custom reporting
- Custom interface
